Excellent location in the left bank of Seine river

The location is excellent. The Luxenbourg park is just around the corner and you can walk to St-Germain Des Pre or to Montparnasse. The bakery “Bread and Roses” across the street is one of best bakeries in Paris, where you can eat in the cafe.

The minus point is the elevator. Small and slow elevator may be typical in Paris but we have to walk up stairs to use the elevator in the ground level. It’s several steps but It’s not so easy with baggages.
