L'Avenir is a great place to stay

l’Avenir is perfectly located! It’s proximity to Jardin du Luxembourg is wonderful. There are great restaurants next door (Grammond), across the street (Cafe Fleurus), a quick walk across the park (Le Rostand) and down the block toward St. Sulpice on Rue Servandoni (Au Bon Saint-Pourcain). Several Metro stops are near by. So while l’Avenir offers you access to the some the best Paris has to offer, it is nestled in a wonderfully, comfortable and quiet residential neighborhood. I appreciated the fact that the l’Avenir had both a living room AND a library (the library had internet access). So after a long day, I felt at home lounging/reading in either room. I also enjoyed hanging out in my room and staring out the big open windows across the Paris roof-tops. I absolutely loved staying at l’Avenir. Francoise was incredibly helpful, polite, welcoming and professional. She helped to make my stay in Paris all the more enjoyable.
