Horrible experience

A phone in the room that doesn’t work.
A charge of 8 euros for a local call from the desk, BECAUSE the phone in the room doesn’t work.
Internet service either nonavailable, or so slow that everyone goes to the Internet cafe down the street for 2 Euro/hr or less.
Breakfast that has no yogurt,no protein, only rolls, jelly, coffee and juice.
Rooms that mix smokers with non-smokers because smoking is allowed.
